How Not to Market a Next Generation Format Part 2

A couple of weeks ago I thought they couldn’t get it any more wrong than they have with marketing Blu-Ray, but now I’ve been shown that was simply a failure of imagination on my part. In an apparent attempt to win a stupidity award, HD DVD is going to launch without any movies. That’s right; on March 28 you’ll be able to dish out a cool thousand bucks for an HD-DVD player, and not be able to buy any movies for it. Brilliant.
